In collaboration with Leeuwarden Student Sport, DB20 is organising a cool boxing clinic especially for students on Saturday October 24.

No experience? No problem. Never worn boxing gloves before? All the better. Not quite in top shape? Don’t worry.

During this clinic, you’ll be introduced to boxing in a fun and accessible way. You’ll learn the basics, practise different punches and combinations, and of course you’ll get to let off some steam on the punching bag and pads.

You don’t have to knock anyone out, and we won’t make it complicated either. It’s all about getting active, having fun, challenging yourself, working up a sweat and letting off steam together.
