Come to the Pole Sport Workshop at Dansstudio Linda on March 28. During the Pole Sport workshop, you will be challenged with a vertical fitness pole. The class starts with a vigorous warm-up, followed by step-by-step instruction in techniques. We finish with a relaxing cool-down.

If you have a sports card, the cost is €5. If you do not have a sports pass, the cost is €10.
