Come to the Pole Sport workshop at Dansstudio Linda on 28 March. During the Pole Sport workshop, you will be challenged with a vertical fitness pole. The class starts with a vigorous warm-up, followed by step-by-step instruction in techniques. We finish with a relaxing cool-down.
