
HYROX Training is the ultimate combination of strength, endurance and competition: during this intensive group class, you work on your overall fitness by combining functional exercises with running, inspired by the official HYROX race format. Think sled pushes and pulls, burpee broad jumps, wall balls and rowing, all in a challenging circuit format. The training is suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes and offers a perfect balance between technique, explosiveness and fitness.
Under the guidance of experienced trainers, you will not only improve your physical performance, but also your mental resilience.
