At the HYRUN clinic, you can expect dynamic training that improves your speed, endurance and strength.

Speed: short, explosive sprints and technique training.
Interval: Intensive running segments alternated with rest periods or light strength exercises.
Heart rate regulation: training to effectively regulate your heart rate.
Variety and challenge: unique combinations of running and strength exercises in every class. The training is given in small groups of up to 10 participants, both outdoors and indoors at the PIT. Loods.
