You already know that exercise is good for you. For your body, your mind, your concentration – and especially for how you feel. Yet that first step often remains un taken. Because how do you start? And how do you make it fun for yourself, so that you can keep it up?

Under the guidance of Victor, an experienced running therapist and coach, you will discover in a small group in three sessions:

  • How effortless exercise can feel.
  • That running is not the goal, but a means to an end: walking, breathing techniques and enjoying the outdoors are just as important.
  • How to reward yourself with more energy, better focus and a lighter feeling.

Location: Hall Aikon Gym, Rengerslaan 1
Cost: €7.50 with sports pass / €15 without sports pass
Maximum number of participants: 12

Dates: March 26, April 2, April 9 from 5:00 - 6:00 pm

No fitness level is required to participate. Everything is optional, nothing is mandatory.
