The biggest student soccer tournament in the north

The next edition of LSV, the Leeuwarden Student Field Soccer Championship, will take place on June 3, 2026! Every year, there is a great atmosphere during the tournament and the closing party. We will play on Wednesday afternoon, June 3, 7 against 7, to ultimately crown two teams as winners. One winning team in the women's category and one winning team in the mixed men's category.

Team composition
Your team consists of a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 10 participants. Team registration costs €80 and includes dinner for the specified number of participants. 

Each team plays at least 4 times.

The first 16 men's/mixed entries will play in the group stage on artificial turf. All women's teams play all their matches on artificial turf.

The program in brief:

• 13:30 – 14:45 | Registration
• 15:00 – 20:30 | Tournament
• 20:30 – 23:00 | After party

Group stage information:

• Numbers 1 and 2 from each group advance to the winners’ round.
• Numbers 3 and 4 advance to the losers’ round.
• From there, a knockout system is played until the final.
• This ensures every team plays at least 4 matches.

Registration and dinner:

• Registration includes dinner during the event.
• Teams will receive dinner vouchers for the registered number of players.
• It is not possible to receive vouchers for players who are not registered.

LSV will take place at L.A.C. Frisia, Magere Weide 9, 8915 AV Leeuwarden.
