The biggest student soccer tournament in the north

The next edition of LSV, the Leeuwarden Student Field Soccer Championship, will take place on June 3, 2026! Every year, there is a great atmosphere during the tournament and the closing party. We will play on Wednesday afternoon, June 3, 7 against 7, to ultimately crown one team as a winner.

Team composition
Your team consists of a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 10 participants. Team registration costs €80 and includes dinner for the specified number of participants. 

Each team plays at least 4 times.

The first 16 men's/mixed entries will play in the group stage on artificial turf. All women's teams play all their matches on artificial turf.

The program in brief:

• 13:30 – 14:45 | Registration
• 15:00 – 20:30 | Tournament
• 20:30 – 23:00 | After party

Group stage information:

The top 16 teams advance to the Winners' Bracket.
Teams ranked 16th through 32nd will continue playing in the Losers' Bracket.
From here on, a single-elimination bracket will be used until the final.

Teams finishing in 33rd through 36th place will play an additional placement match to determine their final ranking. As a result, every team will play at least 4 matches.

Registration and dinner:

• Registration includes dinner during the event.
• Teams will receive dinner vouchers for the registered number of players.
• It is not possible to receive vouchers for players who are not registered.

LSV will take place at L.A.C. Frisia, Magere Weide 9, 8915 AV Leeuwarden.
