
Running doesn’t have to feel like a struggle; move from straining to running with ease.
During these two trail sessions, you’ll learn to run without tensing up, whilst staying mindful of your own body. No set style, just a technique that suits you. By letting go and freeing up your movement, you’ll run more efficiently: breathing more easily instead of panting, your speed will increase and your heart rate will drop. Together, we’ll discover how you can move effortlessly, without the pressure to perform. In other words, let the personal bests come naturally.

Time: 5:00 - 6:30 pm
Cost: If you have a sports pass, the fee is €5 per person. Without a sports pass, the running technique training costs €10 per person.
