Fancy a break from lectures and clearing your head? Come and train at Copini Buitensport’s Outdoor Sports School! We’re offering this trialweek of outdoor training sessions especially for students. Because after a long day of studying, there’s nothing better than fresh air, exercise and a good dose of energy.
Take on the challenge during the survival and obstacle run sessions, where you’ll test your strength, technique and perseverance. Prefer to push yourself at a fast pace? Then opt for outdoor HIIT or the Fitness Circuit. Or work on your strength and fitness with an intensive boot camp. All sessions are accessible, varied and suitable for all levels, so even if you’re not in top shape yet, you’re welcome to join.

During the week of September 14–18 , you can attend three sessions for just €10 (€5 with a sportscard of Leeuwarden Student Sport). It’s the perfect way to discover what suits you best!
