At De Vitaliteitsfabriek, you’ll learn how to handle whatever life throws at you in a smarter, more meaningful, and more successful way—because good habits and knowing how to manage yourself mean more energy and more joy in life!

Together with Leeuwarden Student Sport, we’re offering you the chance to try our ABC-Go! program—a compact version of our regular ABC-tje, specially designed for students! In this one-hour session, you’ll go through three phases: Activation, Brain Training, and Consolidation. Using these principles, we help you work on both your physical and mental health—yes, your brain can be trained too!

How does it work?

Phase A – Activation: We get you moving! By combining physical exercise with specific breathing exercises, your heart rate increases and oxygen and nutrients are pumped to your brain—exactly what you’ll need for the next phase.

Phase B – Brain Training: Improve your memory, focus, and processing speed with our Train Your Brain program. Through fun and challenging digital brain games, we help your brain become more active at a cellular level, boosting your energy and improving how your brain processes information.

Phase C – Consolidation: Time to relax! This is when your brain processes and stores what you’ve just learned. Choose from guided fascia stretching, meditation, or try innovative tools like a “brain meter” that gives you real-time feedback, a breathing sleep robot, or binaural beats for deep relaxation.

You can try ABC-Go! once for only €8 when combined with a Leeuwarden Student Sport pass! If you enjoy the experience, you can sign up for a membership via our website. We’re also working on a special student subscription—so keep an eye on our site!
