Are you looking for a gym in Leeuwarden where you can not only become physically stronger but also grow mentally? At PIT., you will find the complete range: kickboxing, HYROX and running training (HYRUN). Whether you are a beginner, training for your next HYROX event or an experienced kickboxer, at PIT. you can work on your strength, endurance and mental resilience at your own level. 

PIT. Training was founded by Fredy Feijen and is located at Alexander Cohenwei 6F in Leeuwarden. From the PIT. Loods, we provide training for anyone who wants to become fitter, stronger and more energetic.

What we offer
In addition to personal and small group training, PIT. offers various group classes such as kickboxing (technique training, bag training and pad training), HYROX (hybrid training), strength training (full body workout) and running (hyrun).

Unique concept, NextRound punching bags 
At PIT. Loods, we use the NextRound punching bag for kickboxing. Sensors detect your punches, kicks and movements. The NextRound punching bag is connected to a screen that displays your training. This allows us to measure your performance in real time. You can participate in training programmes, challenges or virtual sparring sessions and improve your speed, strength and technique. Perfect for both beginners and advanced practitioners. 
HYROX Training is the ultimate combination of strength, endurance and competition: during this intensive group class, you work on your overall fitness by combining functional exercises with running, inspired by the official HYROX race format. Think sled push and pull, burpee broad jumps, wall balls and rowing, all in a challenging circuit format. The training is suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes and offers a perfect balance between technique, explosiveness and fitness. Under the guidance of experienced trainers, you will not only improve your physical performance, but also your mental resilience.

Student discount:
If you have a student sports pass, you will receive a 30% discount on your membership. You pay €31.50 per month (instead of €45) and can then make unlimited use of all group lessons at PIT. Prefer to exercise once a week? Then you pay €24.50 per month (instead of €35).
